Madison and Chad’s lovely summer wedding day out at Paul’s Paradise tree farm in Pleasant Plains, IL was nothing short of spectacular! You had the merging of two incredible families, who already share equal respect and love for one another (and this couple). You bring everyone out to a stunning tree farm with acres to explore and a backdrop to start a new chapter in this pair’s life. And finish with an absolutely fabulous couple in Madison and Chad, who are deeply in love, adore having a blast together, and are looking forward to every moment of their married life as husband and wife! Sounds like a pretty great day if you ask me! Madison is the type of bride who is super excited about everything and has the day planned to a “T”! From the time I saw her in the morning to my last hug from her at the end of the night, she was smiling having the time of her life! Love that! She and her ladies were busy getting hair and makeup done when I arrived and then I got to see all of her pretty details, which were lovely with all the dusty blue hues! One of my new favorite color palettes for sure! When it came time to get Madison in her gown she was simply stunning!!! The beading and lace along with a long train were total perfection on this beautiful bride! She was a vision!!! Chad couldn’t be completely outdone by his future wife and this farmer cleaned up pretty well! In his navy suit with a white tie, he looked very dapper as his father helped him prior to his first look with Madison. But, before Chad got his turn to see the bride, she gave that honor to her father and her two brothers.
The first look with the men of her family was emotional, especially when Madison and her father hugged. They both lost their composure and began fighting back tears. There is always a moment in every wedding day when I get emotional myself and let me tell you…This was it! So sweet! Then came time for Madison and Chad to have their first look. Madison had been asking Chad up until their wedding day, what he thought her dress would look like and he was pretty on the money on his guess! Either way if he was right or wrong he knew she would be gorgeous! They played a little, “Rock, Paper, Scissors” to see who would go first to read their private vows before they took some time sharing what they love about one another. Then it was time to bring the bridal party out for a few photos! Madison and Chad’s bridal crew was amazing, made up of family and the closest friends. The whole look of the shades of the girls light blue with the navy of the guys, plus the brilliant textures and colors of the bouquets, brought everything together! Then before these two officially said their “I Dos” we had some time for them to enjoy a few moments celebrating their love with some photos on the farm. What a fun part of the day with just Madison and Chad! Now let’s get these two married!
The ceremony was held right outside of the reception hall under the pergola where all the couple’s guests had gathered. The July day was hot, but that didn’t stop so many loved ones from coming to celebrate this delightful duo. Madison made her way down the aisle arm in arm with her father as Chad patiently waited. The nuptials included a Unity Braid tradition, as well as the couple saying their vows, and sealing it all with a kiss! Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs. Boarman! After family photos were complete, it was time for the newlyweds to get the party started at their reception! And man…What a party it was! With wonderful speeches, followed by cheerful dances before the dance floor opened up and was filled all night. Madison and Chad know how to throw a party! They even surprised their new in-laws with a dance simply to give them a little moment in the spotlight, which was really sweet! I did have a chance to sneak these two out one more time at sunset for a few golden hour photos before the sun dropped below the horizon. These are some of my absolute favorites of these cuties as they are relaxed and just taking in every second with one another! What a magical day! Congrats to the newlyweds!
