Alena and Zach’s beautiful wedding day out at The Homestead Reception venue was an absolutely gorgeous event! These two have been through so much in the last couple of years and for their special day to finally arrive was a blessing. Throughout the day, Alena and Zach were shown endless amounts of love and support from family and friends as well as showed how much they truly appreciated it all. I mean with a bridal party of 20, how could you not feel the love? The morning began with the hustle and bustle of everyone getting ready. Hair, makeup, and steaming dresses for Alena and her ladies. And Zach and the guys arriving, sharing a couple of drinks, and searching for lost socks. The color palette was a variation of purples throughout the decor and dresses. The ladies looked lovely in a variety of styles of dresses in a delightful lavender shade. The guys had pops of purple as well in their ties and boutonnieres. When it came time for Alena to get dressed she was simply stunning! Her form-fitting gown with intricate beading at the top was complimented by a fabulous cathedral length veil with floral appliqués on the bottom. Perfection at it’s best! Before the ceremony, Alena and Zach chose not to see one another. Yet, we knocked out a few photos of each of them separately with each of their sides of the bridal party. The temperature was hot, but everyone was in good spirits and excited for what was to come!
The ceremony time rolled around and it did not disappoint. Zach’s reaction to seeing Alena walking down the aisle with both her dad and step dad was so sweet. The moment even got to Alena as she and her groom finally got to see each other on their big day. Zach’s uncle officiated over the nuptials and threw in many hilarious and emotional stories about the couple which had them laughing and crying during their time at the arbor. These two exchanged rings, spoke their meaningful vows, and sealed it with a kiss. Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Prochaska!
Once family photos were completed, the huge bridal party all got together for some fun times with their bride and groom! This group was fired up and brought the excitement! Then it was my favorite part of the day…Photos of the newlyweds! Everything these two had been planning and waiting for was now here and Alena and Zach were married! They were beautiful together surrounded by the tall grasses and open fields of the property. I loved spending this time with Alena and Zach before the party started at the reception.
The reception was full of amazing toasts, delicious authentic tacos, phenomenal cupcakes, and a packed dance floor! Alena and Zach’s guests came to party and have a blast! Before everything got into an over the top celebration, I stole the newlyweds one more time for some sunset photos. We wandered around the grounds as the sun started to disappear below the horizon. The joy and pure bliss from this fantastic day was written all over their faces! I’m thrilled I could be a part of capturing Alena and Zach’s awesome day! Cheers to The Prochaskas!
