Katie and Brody had the most beautiful, classic wedding! They got married in Katie’s hometown on a beautiful Labor Day weekend. She got ready at the unique Three Pines Bed and Breakfast with all of her bridesmaids surrounding her. Her mom helped her put on her final touches and before she headed off to share first looks with both her dad and her groom, Brody! Katie and Brody both looked stunning and made for the most gorgeous couple. They took some photos outside at Three Pines with an amazing vintage car before heading off to the chapel to officially tie the knot. 

Katie’s hometown church was quaint and beautiful. It was so special and important to her to get married there and it made the perfect setting for her and Brody to say their vows. Katie’s dad walked her down the aisle and Brody anxiously awaited. They were married in front of their closest family and friends while smiles never left their faces. 

After a sweet exit from the church with their guest cheering them on (and a few bubbles floating in the air), we headed to Springfield to capture Katie and Brody’s portraits. They had a lot of fun celebrating with their bridal party. A little of spitting rain tried to ruin it, but Katie and Brody were total troopers and kept smiling through it all! We also found some unexpected sunlight at golden hour that gave a gorgeous glow for their final sunset pictures! 

Katie and Brody threw one heck of a reception at the Artisan’s building to celebrate their marriage. The bride’s vision and hard work turned the space into a classic, black and white affair full of beautiful florals and warm candlelight. Katie and Brody shared a beautiful first dance and her dad kicked things off with a thoughtful speech about his happiness for Katie and Brody. They danced and celebrated all night long with all of their guests and Katie even had a little surprise to end the evening. She changed into an adorable custom reception dress made from her mom’s wedding dress! It was truly a perfect night with the new Mr. and Mrs. Elder!
