Looking back on Kaylee and Tyler’s beautiful wedding day it was nothing short of a dream! The amount of prayers and support that went into manifesting this love story is really something special. Kaylee and Tyler are both fun-loving and were ready to spend their big day sharing this next chapter of their lives with their family and friends. Kaylee and her ladies were having a blast getting ready at Willow & Birch Salon in the morning. Sharing stories and doing all the girlie things besties do when they get together. As the only girl with three older brothers, Kaylee takes great pleasure in the pretty things. She was “born to be a bride” she said and it was so true! She was absolutely a stunning bride in every sense of the word. Tyler is always a gentleman and has a goofy sense of humor, which keeps everyone light on their toes. He was looking very dapper in his navy suit with black lined lapel. These two chose not to see one another before Kaylee made her way down the aisle and the anticipation was palpable. Kaylee did see her father before he walked her down the aisle and his sweet reaction set the tone for some fantastic memories.
When the time came for the ceremony, Kaylee with her lovely ladies lead the way into the church for her big entrance. The smile that grew on Tyler’s face would remain the rest of the day when he first laid eyes on Kaylee! Here comes his bride and it was the perfect moment! Kaylee and Tyler have put their faith in the middle of their relationship, which made their nuptials so incredibly meaningful. They spoke their vows, exchanged rings, and took part in a few laughs (including when Tyler leaned in for what he thought was time for the big kiss) only to be told he had to wait a few minutes longer! However, when the time did come, neither Kaylee or Tyler missed their chance to seal their marriage with a kiss! Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs. Ott!
Once we were done with family photos, we headed off to Washington Park for bridal party photos. This fun crew kept the laughs rolling as the overcast skies really helped pop the colors at the park. The ladies in their blush pink and the guys in their navy was just the classic touch Kaylee and Tyler had hoped for! Wandering around the park with the newlyweds was delightful and allowing them some time to let it soak in that they were officially husband and wife was awesome to witness. We made it over to The Artisans Building on the Illinois State Fairgrounds for the party to begin. The beautiful room was set with candlelight, gold accents, and yummy treats! Kaylee made no exceptions that there will be a ton of singing, dancing, and memories to be made throughout the evening and was planted right in the middle of the dance floor most of the night. But, before I lost these two to the music, I stole Kaylee and Tyler for a few more minutes outside. Although the skies had been mostly overcast throughout the day right at sunset the sun peeked out from behind the clouds and gave us a gorgeous warm glow. These are some of my favorite photos of this amazing couple! I couldn’t be happier to be a part of their special day and I am thrilled for Kaylee and Tyler to begin this new chapter in their story! Congrats to The Otts!
