I met up with Paulette and her fiancé, Brandon at the overlook at Grandview Drive in Peoria, Illinois recently for their engagement session. They also brought with them their beautiful 4 month old daughter, Everly and their trusty pup, Ace! Paulette and Brandon are new to the Peoria area, moving here recently from Ohio for Paulette’s pediatric internship at a local hospital. She has 3 years left of her residency and looking forward to choosing what direction her medical career goes. Brandon is a special education high school teacher, who stays busy helping out his students in any way he can. They are an adorable family and little Everly was interested in all the things happening around her. Including getting kisses from mom and dad. Once she had plenty of time with her parents for a few photos it was time to focus on Paulette and Brandon.

These two are very kind and thoughtful and made my time with them very relaxed and fun! We captured a few more of them together on top of the bluff before heading to another cool spot down by the river. Paulette’s outfits were on point for their session as she started in a lovely pink lace dress and did a quick change into a navy hi-low flowy dress to finish. And did I mention this girl had just come off a 30 hour shift at the hospital? She looked incredible and didn’t show one sign that she was tired! Paulette and Brandon took in the views of their new city as they snuggle in close beneath the bridge as the sun set over the river. Thanks so much to Paulette and Brandon for allowing me to capture their wonderful family as well as their love for each other.
