I had the pleasure of meeting this sweetest little guy for his newborn session in Springfield, Illinois and he is a doll! Vincent, or Vinny as mom and dad adoringly call him, made a surprise entrance to the world a couple of weeks sooner than everyone anticipated! In fact mom, Tanya had just reached out to me about setting up his newborn session and when I hadn’t heard back from her for a few days after my response I was curious as to why! Oh, because she was busy welcoming her son into her arms! I’ve known Tanya for many years as she was one of my first co-workers at my previous corporate job before I went full time in photography. We sat right next to one another and she was amazingly kind and helpful whenever I had a question. I met her husband, James for the first time at their mini maternity session in the fall, which you can see HERE! These two are delightful together with their gentle and caring personalities. I knew right away that they were going to be incredible parents! So when I finally got to see Vinny I was in awe of all his wonderful dark hair! And his cheeks! My goodness, his cheeks! And with him being early he was so small! But, great things come in small packages! We did a few photos with the new Walsh Family of three to start and the love for Vinny is apparent! There were so many snuggles and kisses from mom and dad and it was lovely to be a part of. Then we took a few of him alone for this big debut to the world! He did awesomely and we all took turns “OOOO’ing and AWW’ing”! Thanks so much Tanya and James for sharing your fantastic Vinny with me for the afternoon!
