I have worked with the Johnson Family in the past and we have always had a wonderful time! In fact, the last time I photographed little Cooper it was for his 1st birthday! We played with balls, wore hats, and smashed up a cake! We basically threw a party in the park! You can see Cooper’s One Year session HERE! This time not only did we photograph him with his mom and dad, Janna and Cole, but also Cole’s parents, Donna and Kenny joined us for the morning! I love when grandparents are included in photos! We decided on Lincoln Memorial Gardens in Springfield, Illinois where the colors had started to pop. Now needless to say, sweet Cooper has grown up since our last session and has become way more mobile as a two year old! And of course less interested in sitting or standing still for photos! He is a man with a plan and that plan is to explore his surroundings! So this session was all about playing games and catching him on the fly! We wondered around the gardens riding his tractor, sitting on fences, and smelling the flowers! I personally think some of the best photos are the ones where Cooper is just interacting with his adoring family! Those moments are the ones they will remember the most! Thanks again for a lovely session! I very much enjoyed all the laughter we shared!
