Having the opportunity to photograph my dear friend Cassandra and her mother, Glenda the week before Mother’s Day was a treat for me! I have known Cassandra for around five years now from my days working in Corporate America. We both have a tad of a sarcastic nature so we immediately hit it off! And I’ve heard so many stories about her beautiful mother, yet this was the first time I had the chance to meet Miss Glenda! We met at the Abraham Lincoln Memorial Gardens in Springfield, IL for their spring mini session. Mind you, we probably rescheduled this session at least twice due to the spring taking a little longer to arrive and other weather issues. However, I think with it landing the week leading up to Mother’s Day couldn’t have been more perfect! Cassandra and Glenda as you can see are pretty rocking chicks with their leather and shades! But, both of them have hearts of gold and loved showing their affection for one another! Thanks so much ladies for allowing me to capture your incredible relationship!
